Join us as we help Drive Electric Columbus celebrate their annual National Drive Electric Week EVent! Sun Day is a Global Day of Action on September 21, 2025, celebrating the unstoppable rise of clean energy. Electrify Central Ohio will be joining Third Act Ohio and Save Ohio Parks for a local Sun Day event at Corban Commons, an affordable senior living center in Columbus that recently added a large rooftop and ground-mount solar array.
The event will feature speakers on different Ohio-specific solar challenges and opportunities, including the potential for industrial-scale solar, agrivoltaics, and community solar legislation. In addition, local environmental groups will highlight opportunities to get involved, children can participate in art activities, and snacks will be provided.
